What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, or group) in a safe and supportive outpatient setting
• Manage a caseload of 15–30 clients per week (you choose your ideal volume)
• Complete intake assessments, treatment planning, and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians and participate in optional case consults
• Attend optional staff meetings, trainings, and CEU-supported events
• Bring a strengths-based, client-centered, and culturally humble lens to your work

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
• Has experience providing therapy in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings
• Is aligned with trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive care models
• Has strong clinical skills in areas like depression, anxiety, grief, identity work, relationship challenges, or trauma
• Enjoys working independently but thrives with collaborative peer support
• Is comfortable with EHR systems (we use [SimplePractice or insert platform]) and understands documentation standards
