Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary:

We're growing and looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to do meaningful, ethical work, without compromising on flexibility, pay, or values. You’ll have the freedom to build a caseload around your ideal clients, maintain work-life balance, and get ongoing support from a grounded, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold an active LCSW license in California
  • Have at least 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure (or strong associate-level experience)
  • Are confident working independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a private space
  • Are trauma-informed, culturally humble, and LGBTQIA+ affirming
  • Are comfortable working with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or trauma
  • Have excellent communication skills and timely documentation habits
  • Love therapy, but not burnout—and want a workplace that respects your energy

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide remote psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families across California
  • Maintain a caseload of 15–30 clients per week (you decide your capacity)
  • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes in our user-friendly EHR
  • Collaborate with colleagues through optional consultation groups and peer support
  • Work independently but never in isolation—we’re big on community care for clinicians

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload
  • Flexible hours and work-from-home options
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees
  • Paid holidays, PTO, and mental health support
  • CEU and licensure renewal support
  • Weekly peer consultations and optional supervision
  • A positive, engaged team culture that values both professional and personal well-being

We’re creating a better future for therapy—one where clinicians are supported, and clients feel seen. Come join us.
