As an LCSW, you’ll play a vital role in helping people heal, grow, and find resilience — while working in an environment that prioritizes clinical freedom, collaboration, and your well-being.
Benefits We Offer:
- Flexible Scheduling – Full-time or part-time with day/evening options

- Competitive Compensation – Salary based on experience + performance incentives
- Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, CEU support, and more
- Clinical Support – Regular consultation, training opportunities, and optional supervision
- Growth Opportunities – Specialize in niche populations, lead groups, or grow into leadership roles
- Team Culture – Supportive, mission-driven environment that puts clinician well-being first
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical team meetings, trainings, and optional community outreach
- Optional: Supervise interns or early-career clinicians if desired
Ideal Candidate:
- A licensed LCSW in Wyoming, or eligible for Wyoming licensure within 60 days
- Master’s-level (MSW) from an accredited program with clinical focus
- Experienced in outpatient or community-based mental health (2+ years preferred, but strong new grads welcome)
- Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and client-centered practice
- A strong communicator who values collaboration and ethical integrity
- Passionate about access, equity, and systems-level thinking
If you’re a compassionate, grounded LCSW ready to bring your skills to a place where they’re deeply needed and deeply appreciated we want to hear from you.
