About The Job
We serve children, adults, couples, and families across the spectrum of mental health needs, with a focus on trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team and bring their heart, training, and unique clinical voice to our community.
Who Are You:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible within 60 days)
- Master’s degree (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program with a clinical focus
- Skilled in evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, IFS, MI)
- Experienced or enthusiastic about working with a diverse population
- Organized, ethical, and grounded in social work values
- Self-directed but collaborative — you enjoy both clinical autonomy and being part of a team
- Passionate about access, equity, and healing systems — not just symptoms
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups (based on your preference/specialty)
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our EHR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (LPCs, LMFTs, psychologists, psychiatrists)
- Participate in peer consultation and optional clinical team meetings
- Optional: Run therapy groups, engage in community outreach, or supervise interns (if desired)
What We Offer:
- Highly competitive compensation, with tiered rates for experience and caseload
- Flexible scheduling — you set your hours, in-office, hybrid, or fully remote
- Beautiful, quiet office space in Manhattan or Brooklyn (if desired)
- W2 or 1099 options, depending on your needs
- Clinical freedom within a structured, ethically grounded practice
- Optional roles in supervision, group facilitation, writing, or program development
- Professional development stipend and access to internal CE opportunities
- A thoughtful, values-driven workplace that puts people first—clients and clinicians
You’ll be part of a mission-driven, non-hierarchical team that truly believes in clinical integrity, transparency, and human-first practice.
