Full-Time LCSW Position Available in Lancaster, California

We are actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team and support clients in achieving their mental health goals. This role provides a structured yet collaborative work environment, offering professional growth and mentorship opportunities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Conduct client assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using best practices.
• Deliver remote counseling through telehealth when required.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in treatment planning and progress documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
