Location: Salinas, California | Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We foster a supportive, trauma-informed culture where social workers can practice with autonomy, creativity, and the clinical backing they deserve. Whether you're a seasoned LCSW or recently licensed and looking for a professional home where you can thrive, we welcome you.

We’re looking for a California-licensed LCSW who is ready to bring their full self to their clinical work. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of thoughtful, mission-driven therapists and serve clients through individual, couples, and/or family therapy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive psychotherapy in a flexible outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate on treatment planning that honors each client’s goals, values, and lived experience.
  • Support clients navigating trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, systemic oppression, and more.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our streamlined EHR system.
  • Participate in team case consultations, training sessions, and peer support circles.
  • Have the option to facilitate groups, engage in outreach, or take part in program development.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active California LCSW license (We also welcome applications from associates close to licensure—just let us know!)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, or related settings
  • Commitment to culturally humble, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary – based on experience and credentials
  • Flexible Scheduling – including hybrid or telehealth options
  • Health & Wellness Benefits – medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • Generous PTO – vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Continuing Education Support – CEU reimbursements and internal trainings
  • Clinical Consultation – weekly case conferences and peer support
  • Supportive Team Environment – we believe in collaboration, not isolation
  • Mission-Driven Culture – rooted in integrity, inclusion, and human dignity
