Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health | California

Location: Richmond, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We’re currently expanding our clinical team and seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is deeply motivated to help people heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.

As an LCSW in our outpatient program, you'll do more than provide therapy—you'll be a trusted advocate, clinical guide, and systems navigator for clients navigating complex life challenges. Whether you're passionate about working with trauma survivors, youth, adults with co-occurring disorders, or marginalized populations, we’ll match your caseload to your clinical strengths and passions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, solution-focused, etc.)
  • Coordinate care and referrals with interdisciplinary providers, including psychiatrists and case managers
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with Medi-Cal and ethical standards
  • Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and ongoing clinical training
  • Engage in advocacy and crisis intervention as needed, empowering clients within their social systems

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in the state of California
  • Experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, or related behavioral health settings
  • Passion for culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care
  • Strong skills in clinical documentation, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual fluency, or expertise in working with youth, LGBTQIA+ clients, survivors of trauma, or unhoused populations

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary – based on experience and credentials
  • Flexible Scheduling – including hybrid or telehealth options
  • Health & Wellness Benefits – medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • Generous PTO – vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Continuing Education Support – CEU reimbursements and internal trainings
  • Clinical Consultation – weekly case conferences and peer support
  • Supportive Team Environment – we believe in collaboration, not isolation
  • Mission-Driven Culture – rooted in integrity, inclusion, and human dignity
