Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient

Location: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic | Carson City, Nevada

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our outpatient setting, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate mental health challenges while building resilience and connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Perform initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical standards
  • Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and other behavioral health staff
  • Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Advocate for clients across systems and support community resource linkage when needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada (or license-eligible)
  • MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
  • A trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to care
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Passion for serving diverse populations and addressing systemic barriers to care
  • Experience in outpatient, community-based, or integrated care settings preferred
