We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our thriving outpatient therapy practice in Hawaii. Who Are You:
- Active LCSW licensure in the state of Hawaii.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting (preferred).
- Solid understanding of evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Experience with individual, couples, and family therapy is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hawaii's unique cultural and social dynamics is a plus.
- Compassionate, non-judgmental approach with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full caseload.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining compliance with confidentiality laws.
What You’ll Do:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs.
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual or family goals and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Providing individual and group therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
- Facilitating couples and family therapy to improve relationships, communication, and problem-solving.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Providing crisis intervention when necessary and supporting clients through difficult life transitions.
- Staying current with best practices in social work and mental health care through continuous professional development.
