Location: Whittier, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

Are you a talented Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) seeking a fully remote role that honors both your clinical expertise and your commitment to social impact? Are you looking for work that aligns with your values, where healing, equity, and access are at the heart of everything?

We’re looking for California-based LCSWs to provide virtual therapy to diverse client populations across the state, in a role that blends flexibility, purpose, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions (individuals, families, or groups based on your expertise)
  • Maintain a flexible caseload that fits your life (minimum of 10 sessions/week)
  • Create trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based therapeutic environments
  • Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.) to support client growth
  • Collaborate with our clinical leadership team, attend peer consultation, and engage in continuing education opportunities
  • Document sessions and maintain compliance with BBS, HIPAA, and best practices

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active LCSW license in good standing in California
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience
  • Deep commitment to serving diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and low-income communities
  • Strong skills in clinical documentation, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual fluency, or expertise in working with youth, LGBTQIA+ clients, survivors of trauma, or unhoused populations

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary – based on experience and credentials
  • Flexible Scheduling – including hybrid or telehealth options
  • Health & Wellness Benefits – medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • Generous PTO – vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Continuing Education Support – CEU reimbursements and internal trainings
  • Clinical Consultation – weekly case conferences and peer support
  • Supportive Team Environment – we believe in collaboration, not isolation
  • Mission-Driven Culture – rooted in integrity, inclusion, and human dignity

You became a social worker to help others heal, grow, and feel seen. Now, do that work in a place that sees you, too.
