Who Are You:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maine (or eligibility to become licensed in Maine).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
  • Experience in one or more modalities: CBT, EMDR, trauma-focused, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and a deep sense of empathy and cultural humility
  • Comfortable using (or learning) digital tools and working in a remote environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Document progress notes and maintain records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
  • Work independently while staying connected through optional team huddles and peer consults
  • Empower clients to build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve lasting well-being
