We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We are actively looking to bring on a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.

As a licensed clinical social worker, you will deliver direct psychotherapy and case management services in an outpatient setting. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive, interdisciplinary team dedicated to healing and empowerment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, group, couples, or family therapy
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
• Monitor progress, provide crisis intervention when needed, and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, LMFTs, LPCCs, case managers, and support staff
• Complete documentation in a timely manner in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards
• Participate in regular case consultations and clinical team meetings
• Stay up to date with best practices and maintain CEU requirements

What We’re Looking For :

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Current California LCSW license (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in clinical or outpatient settings
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.), and the DSM-5
• Proficient in documentation, care coordination, and working within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (preferred)
