Remote Opportunity: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary:

We're growing fast and looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who’s passionate about delivering virtual mental health care to diverse communities across California.

As a Remote LCSW, you'll provide therapy and case support to clients navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. You’ll work from home, with full clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best—client care.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and more
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Attend virtual team meetings, case consultations, and trainings
• Collaborate with a virtual team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in the state of California (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote work tools
• Bilingual providers (especially Spanish-speaking) are strongly encouraged to apply
