We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) — Outpatient Mental Health | California

Location: Stockton, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s ready for more than just a job? Do you want to be part of a mental health team that values clinical depth, cultural humility, and meaningful outcomes, not just productivity metrics?

We are actively seeking a compassionate, skilled LCSW to join our outpatient team in California. Whether your passion lies in trauma recovery, identity exploration, family systems, or systemic advocacy, we provide the space and structure to support your practice and your professional evolution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families in an outpatient setting (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement clinical interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including LMFTs, LPCCs, Psychologists, and psychiatric providers.
  • Engage in clinical consultation, training, and case conferences (optional but encouraged).
  • Maintain concise, timely, and ethical documentation using our intuitive EHR system.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Experienced in at least one evidence-based modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, IPT, etc.).
  • Committed to social justice, equity, and working with diverse populations.
  • A team player who’s also comfortable with clinical autonomy and independent caseload management.
  • Bonus if you have experience in trauma work, somatic practices, or bilingual service delivery — but not required.

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay structure based on experience and caseload
  • Flexible schedule options: telehealth, hybrid, or fully in-person
  • Administrative support—you focus on therapy, we handle billing and scheduling
  • Autonomy and respect as a licensed professional
  • Continuing education and supervision support
  • Wellness-focused workplace that values work-life balance
  • Opportunity to grow with a team that prioritizes people over paperwork

We want to meet you. If you're ready to work in a setting that honors your values, your clinical judgment, and your need for a sustainable work-life balance, this is your moment.
