Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Behavioral Health | Wyoming
Location: Story, Wyoming
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LCSW with Summit Horizons, you’ll work with clients of all ages, guiding them through life’s most difficult challenges and helping them build lasting emotional health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to individuals, families, and small groups using evidence-based practices
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary care team to support clients holistically
- Advocate for clients’ access to resources, services, and supports
- Maintain compliance with all clinical documentation and ethical standards
- Use both in-person and secure telehealth modalities to expand care access
Ideal Candidate:
- Current LCSW licensure in Wyoming or eligible for Wyoming licensure (we’ll help you apply!)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient mental health experience (supervised hours may count)
- Strong skills in trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy
- Ability to work independently while also being collaborative and team-oriented
- A passion for making care accessible and respectful, especially in underserved areas
