Type: Full-Time, Flexible

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-driven interventions for client improvement.
• Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Work closely with a collaborative team to optimize care delivery.
• Educate and support clients and their loved ones.
• Keep informed about new trends in mental health practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Wyoming LCSW license.
• Two or more years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency.
