Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in our outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, helping individuals, families, and couples navigate life’s challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more.

As an LCSW, you’ll provide a variety of clinical services, including:

  • Therapy sessions: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy for a broad range of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc.)
  • Comprehensive assessments: Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Crisis intervention: Provide immediate support for clients in crisis or acute distress
  • Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our user-friendly EHR system
  • Support: Offer practical guidance on community resources, support groups, and other interventions
  • Supervision and Professional Development: Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training to further hone your skills

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled LCSW who:

  • Holds an active LCSW license in the state of Florida (or is license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Has experience in an outpatient mental health setting or private practice
  • Demonstrates proficiency in individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Is comfortable using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy)
  • Is knowledgeable about case management and community resource coordination
  • Has a culturally competent approach to therapy and enjoys working with diverse populations
  • Is familiar with telehealth platforms for virtual sessions
  • Is a team player, open to collaboration with other clinicians and provider
