Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California

Location: Fresno, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s ready for more than just a job? Do you want to be part of a mental health team that values clinical depth, cultural humility, and meaningful outcomes, not just productivity metrics?

As a growing virtual mental health team, we serve diverse individuals, families, and communities across California, addressing complex challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, systemic stressors, and life transitions. Our goal is to create a safe space where healing happens and human dignity is honored.

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote therapy team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-impact, trauma-informed psychotherapy to a diverse client population from the comfort of your home — with full administrative and clinical support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families in an outpatient setting (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement clinical interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including LMFTs, LPCCs, Psychologists, and psychiatric providers.
  • Engage in clinical consultation, training, and case conferences (optional but encouraged).
  • Maintain concise, timely, and ethical documentation using our intuitive EHR system.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more is welcome).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a strong foundation in cultural humility.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with (or open to training in) telehealth platforms and remote delivery.
  • A deep sense of empathy, purpose, and ethical commitment to helping others.
  • Specialized training in EMDR, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Mindfulness-Based Therapies.
  • Experience with marginalized and underserved populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, refugees, formerly incarcerated persons, or unhoused clients.
  • Interest in group therapy, clinical education, or developing social justice-oriented programs.

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay structure based on experience and caseload
  • Flexible schedule options: telehealth, hybrid, or fully in-person
  • Administrative support—you focus on therapy, we handle billing and scheduling
  • Autonomy and respect as a licensed professional
  • Continuing education and supervision support
  • Wellness-focused workplace that values work-life balance
  • Opportunity to grow with a team that prioritizes people over paperwork
