Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Remote in California

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. As an integral part of our clinical network, you’ll deliver exceptional teletherapy services while enjoying the freedom and flexibility of working from home — all while backed by full administrative and clinical support.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate collaborative treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychotherapy to a diverse client base.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation using our intuitive, secure EHR system.
• Participate in optional case consultations, clinical training, and team collaboration sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Bring your authentic self to clinical work, fostering an inclusive and healing environment for every client.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn telehealth technologies and remote work best practices.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
• Dedication to practicing with cultural humility and affirming diverse identities and experiences.
