Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (Georgia)

Location: Winder, Georgia

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LCSW with Summit Horizons, you’ll work with clients of all ages, guiding them through life’s most difficult challenges and helping them build lasting emotional health.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Trauma-Informed Therapy
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation using our secure, HIPAA-compliant EHR
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Attend clinical supervision (if required), peer consultation, and staff meetings
  • Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality laws, and cultural competency principles

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated experience providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
  • Proficient in trauma-informed practices and understanding of systemic issues affecting mental health
