As an LCSW, you’ll provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families. You’ll have the freedom to tailor your caseload to your clinical strengths and passion areas—whether that’s trauma, mood disorders, family systems, or marginalized communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, etc.)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR
• Collaborate with peers in clinical consultations, trainings, and interdisciplinary discussions
• Support client access to community resources when needed
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care in every session

What We’re Looking For :

• Active LCSW license in Arizona (or license-eligible — supervision available for LMSWs)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or private practice settings
• Deep commitment to social justice, clinical ethics, and person-in-environment care
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
• Passion for working with diverse, underserved, or high-needs populations
