Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Biddeford, Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative outpatient mental health team in Maine. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who wants to practice authentic, client-centered therapy, free from high caseload quotas and administrative overload.

As an LCSW, you’ll provide evidence-informed psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally couples or families) in a flexible outpatient setting. You’ll be part of a team committed to relational, trauma-informed care for clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relational trauma, life transitions, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Developing personalized, strengths-based treatment plans
  • Delivering individual or group therapy (your clinical niche is welcome!)
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
  • Participating in optional peer consultation or supervision
  • Collaborating with community partners and referral sources when appropriate

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed as an LCSW in the state of Maine (or license-eligible)
  • Experienced in outpatient clinical settings (private practice, community health, etc.)
  • Skilled in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a supportive team culture
  • Familiar with (or open to learning) telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Benefits We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation (W2 or 1099 options available)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CEU stipend and paid clinical training
  • Generous paid time off, wellness leave, and flexible scheduling
  • Malpractice insurance coverage
  • Optional supervision or leadership opportunities
  • Relocation assistance for out-of-state candidates

If you’re ready to practice in a setting that honors the core of social work—compassion, justice, and connection—this is your next chapter.
