We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and growing virtual outpatient clinic. If you're passionate about helping individuals and families improve their mental health and well-being, this remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a Remote LCSW, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Your role will be entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere within California. You will use secure telehealth platforms to conduct therapy, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide the highest standard of care.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Provide remote crisis intervention and support when clients experience acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements.
- Work with other clinicians and administrative staff in a virtual setting to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and education to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest therapeutic practices.
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote LCSW who:
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a strong background in providing telehealth services (preferred).
- Is comfortable with telehealth platforms and understands the nuances of providing therapy in a virtual environment
- Is proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy
- Has a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and cultural competence
- Can work independently while maintaining strong communication with a collaborative team
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a virtual setting
