Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you’ll provide therapy services to a varied caseload, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. You will be part of a team that encourages clinical growth and innovation while supporting your autonomy and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, or group)
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer clients to additional resources when necessary
- Participate in clinical team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and professional licensure standards
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey (Required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in providing therapy via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and cultural humility
- Specialized training in trauma, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities is a plus
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is highly desirable but not required
