We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, or families based on your expertise and preference. This role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, minimal administrative burden, and full clinical autonomy.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy sessions via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Coordinate care as needed with other providers or community resources
- Participate in optional virtual team meetings, consultation groups, and CE opportunities
- Deliver culturally responsive, ethical care with an emphasis on client empowerment
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote LCSW who:
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable and confident using telehealth platforms and online documentation tools
- Proficiency in treating common mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality, client-focused care
- Bilingual clinicians (especially Spanish-speaking) are strongly encouraged to apply
