Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – 100% Remote Outpatient Therapist
Location: Thousand Oaks, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

As a remote LCSW, you’ll provide psychotherapy to clients via secure HIPAA-compliant video platforms, helping them navigate life transitions, emotional distress, trauma, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Providing individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in our intuitive EHR
- Participating in virtual case consultations, optional peer support, and ongoing trainings
- Managing a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and schedule preferences
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Active LCSW license in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Proficient with basic technology, teletherapy platforms, and electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment, self-motivation, and ethical standards
- Passion for expanding access to mental health services across underserved communities
- Experience with trauma-informed care, BIPOC clients, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, or chronic illness
- Availability to see at least 15+ clients per week (flexible caseload options available)
