Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients of various backgrounds.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training/professional development.
  • Advocate for client needs and support referrals to social services or wraparound care.
  • Uphold ethical practice in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and Maryland Board standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the State of Maryland.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (include preference for specific populations, e.g., youth, trauma survivors, etc.).
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and documentation standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.

What We Offer:

  • Generous salary based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid time off (PTO), including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Continuing education and professional development stipends.
  • Work alongside a team of experienced clinicians in a collaborative, team-based approach to client care.
  • Flexible work schedules to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • A strong focus on providing individualized, high-quality care to clients.

Are you ready to join a team that recognizes the heart and skill behind every therapeutic relationship? If you’re driven by purpose and grounded in clinical integrity, we’d love to hear from you.
