Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals dealing with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions.
You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritizes ethical care, clinical growth, and work-life balance. This position may include a hybrid model (telehealth and in-person sessions), depending on client needs and candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients of various backgrounds.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations.
- Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training/professional development.
- Advocate for client needs and support referrals to social services or wraparound care.
- Uphold ethical practice in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and Maryland Board standards.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the State of Maryland.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (include preference for specific populations, e.g., youth, trauma survivors, etc.).
- Proficient in electronic health record systems and documentation standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
