Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California

Location: Riverside, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

About This Opportunity:

We understand that healing takes place in safe, relational spaces. That includes how we treat the people who provide the care. If you’re an LCSW looking to do deeply meaningful clinical work without sacrificing your own well-being, we invite you to join us.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide therapy to individuals, families, or couples (depending on your clinical focus), all through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload based on your interests and availability, while being supported by a team that values collaboration and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couple, or family therapy via telehealth
  • Develop trauma-informed, culturally responsive treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and ethical documentation within our streamlined EHR system
  • Engage in optional peer consultation, CEU opportunities, and case collaboration
  • Deliver care that reflects your clinical orientation, whether somatic, relational, strengths-based, or integrative

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting (telehealth experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in using EHRs, video platforms, and remote work tools
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with BBS and HIPAA compliance
  • Passionate about delivering culturally competent, affirming, and inclusive care

What we offer:

  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle and professional goals
  • Choice of in-person, hybrid, or telehealth-based work, depending on your preference and region
  • Competitive compensation with regular performance and retention incentives
  • Full benefits package for full-time employees: health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU reimbursement, and more
  • Clinical support from peers and leadership, with access to case consultation, team meetings, and reflective supervision
  • All admin work handled for you: intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance support
  • A workplace culture that values compassion, authenticity, equity, and clinician well-being

Let’s redefine mental health care—together.
