Job Summary:

We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, identity development, and life transitions. We are proud to provide accessible mental health services across socioeconomic backgrounds—and to prioritize ethical care that uplifts both clients and clinicians.

As we expand our team, we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about providing therapy in an outpatient setting that emphasizes collaboration, clinical growth, and community impact.

As a staff therapist in our outpatient program, you will deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of your clients, working both independently and as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to create lasting therapeutic relationships while engaging in meaningful clinical work that reflects your training and values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to a diverse caseload
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create strength-based treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other clinicians as needed
  • Participate in weekly clinical team meetings, case consultations, and trainings
  • Engage clients with empathy, respect, and cultural humility

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license in California
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure (outpatient setting preferred)
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based practices
  • Deep commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort working with diverse populations, including marginalized and underserved communities
  • Passion for making therapy both accessible and relational
  • Experience in community mental health or integrated care settings
  • Familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment — set your own hours and location within California
  • Flexible caseload based on your ideal client mix, schedule, and work-life goals
  • Competitive compensation structure with opportunities for bonuses or salary
  • Administrative and tech support — we handle scheduling, billing, onboarding, and client communication
  • HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Optional access to peer support, CEU stipends, and wellness programs
  • A collaborative team culture rooted in respect, transparency, and clinical excellence
