Our fast-growing outpatient behavioral health clinic in Nevada is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team and help us change lives, one client at a time.

As an LCSW, you will provide outpatient psychotherapy and mental health services using evidence-based practices to support clients’ emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Your work will make a tangible difference in clients’ lives while contributing to the collaborative strength of our care team.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy in a culturally responsive, strengths-based framework.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide case management and referrals when appropriate, with a deep understanding of social systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with all clinical, ethical, and state licensing standards.
  • Participate in weekly clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and training sessions.
  • Support crisis intervention and collaborate with other providers as needed for continuity of care.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote LCSW who:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current LCSW license in Nevada (or eligible for licensure within 90 days).
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or medical setting preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and virtual therapy platforms a plus.
  • Deep commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care.
