LCSW Role in Pahrump, Nevada

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Working alongside a collaborative team to implement effective care plans
• Conducting assessments to identify client needs and treatment strategies
• Providing clients and families with guidance and access to essential resources
• Keeping up to date with advancements in mental health care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Nevada LCSW license
• Experience working with older adults is beneficial
• Strong skills in assessment, care planning, and intervention strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
