Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health Services | California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Our outpatient mental health practice is seeking an LCSW to join our growing team. We serve a diverse range of clients across California, offering accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Whether your passion is supporting individuals through trauma, empowering families in crisis, or helping clients navigate systemic barriers, you’ll have the space, support, and flexibility to do the work that moves you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative, strengths-based treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or psychodynamic therapy
- Maintain timely documentation using our user-friendly EHR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians through regular case consultations and peer support
What We’re Looking For :
- Active LCSW license in California (in good standing with the BBS)
- Clinical experience with diverse populations, including marginalized and underserved communities
- Strong grasp of evidence-based practices and a commitment to trauma-informed care
- Tech-savvy or comfortable learning EHR and telehealth tools (training provided)
- Thoughtful, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a connected, mission-driven team
