Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Outpatient Role with Growth Potential

We are hiring an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide patient-focused mental health services in an outpatient setting in Palmer, Alaska. Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support to patients navigating mental health concerns.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure integrated treatment approaches.
• Facilitate connections with external resources for patient assistance.

Qualifications Needed:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
• Active LCSW license in Alaska.
• Experience conducting assessments and designing treatment plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
