Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000, with full benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-supported interventions to improve client outcomes.
• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Offer emotional support and educational resources to patients and their families.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health care.

What We Need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in Wyoming.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
