Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete clinical evaluations and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Use evidence-informed therapeutic methods to support client goals.
• Engage clients and families in supportive therapy and guidance.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust approaches as needed.

Requirements:

• MSW from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW-C license in Maryland.
• Previous experience with aging adults preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Clear, respectful communication across diverse populations.
