Licensed Clinical Therapist – Chevy Chase, Maryland

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Pay: $100,000–$110,000 + benefits package

Key Duties:

• Conduct clinical interviews and assessments
• Partner with teams to design client-specific care plans
• Use structured therapeutic models in sessions
• Support family involvement and engagement
• Monitor, document, and evaluate progress

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work
• A current Maryland LCSW-C license
• Experience with older adults is preferred
• Fluency in clinical documentation systems
• Comfort working across diverse populations
