Job Description:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Complete intake assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EHR systems
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers
- Support clients in managing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development activities
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California
- 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Must be available for on-site services
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus, but not required
