Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients across the lifespan
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a caseload with a balance of autonomy and support
• Participate in case conferences and supervision as needed

Qualifications:

• Active New York State LCSW-R license (LCSW with “R” privilege required)
• Minimum of 3 years post-MSW clinical experience
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
