As an LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy and support services to individuals navigating life transitions, chronic mental health conditions, trauma, grief, and systemic stressors. You’ll have the freedom to build your caseload in areas that inspire you, with support from a multidisciplinary team and strong administrative systems that allow you to focus on clinical care.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Complete intake assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups
  • Collaborate with psychiatric, medical, and community care providers
  • Document sessions and client progress in a secure, easy-to-use EHR
  • Attend optional clinical consultation groups and professional development sessions
  • Engage in ongoing training and equity-based clinical practice

We’re seeking a compassionate LCSW who:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York (required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed and culturally competent care
  • Experience with EHRs and clinical documentation
  • Interest in working with underserved communities, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or rural populations a plus
