Salary: $140K to $160K a year+ benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based modalities to support diverse client needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and other service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or trauma-informed care preferred
• Cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse populations
