Now Hiring: Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) – Maryland

Location: Greenbelt , Maryland
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Role Summary:
As an LCSW-C, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy to diverse clients facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and social challenges. You will manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and inclusion.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to appropriate community resources
- Adhere to all state, federal, and ethical guidelines for clinical practice
- Engage in supervision, peer consultation, or professional development activities (as applicable)
What You Bring:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience (preferred)
- Experience in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, family systems, or crisis intervention
- Certification or training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or high-needs population
