Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Biddeford, Iowa
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Summary:
The LCSW will provide direct mental health services to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. Services may include assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case coordination. Clinicians may work in-office, via telehealth, or in a hybrid model depending on preferences and client needs.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, community agencies, and families
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities
- Promote client empowerment and advocacy through strengths-based and culturally responsive practices
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Iowa (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
- At least 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
- Familiarity with DSM-5, ethical practice standards, and documentation requirements
- Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms a plus
- Cultural competence and a passion for serving diverse communities
