Location: Douglasville, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical assessments, psychotherapy, and case management services tailored to diverse client needs. Opportunities for flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid schedules, are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and state regulations
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and community resources to support client care
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with ability to work with diverse populations
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
