Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. You will provide therapy, assessments, and case management services using telehealth technology, supporting diverse clients in a flexible, supportive work environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation compliant with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in virtual team meetings
- Provide referrals and crisis intervention as necessary
- Adhere to ethical standards and Georgia state licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience delivering clinical services via telehealth preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools
- Bilingual skills are a plus
