Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
Location: Pasadena, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in providing psychotherapy, assessments, and case management services in a supportive and culturally sensitive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to diverse populations
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers
- Offer crisis intervention and referrals to community resources as needed
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision (if applicable)
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Active LCSW license in California
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Experience in telehealth settings is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
