Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services. This role is ideal for a compassionate, self-motivated clinician who is comfortable working independently while still being part of a collaborative virtual team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual, family, or group therapy
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system
- Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and case consultations
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with ethical and legal standards
What We’re Looking For :
- Active LCSW license in California
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Prior experience providing therapy, ideally via telehealth
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and private space for virtual sessions
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
