Location: Sparks, Nevada
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a real impact in your community? Join our dedicated mental health team in Nevada and help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through empathetic, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Deliver crisis intervention and case management when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR system
Ideal Candidate:
- Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with electronic health records is preferred
