We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
Location: Bakersfield, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams to coordinate client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
- Support clients dealing with mental health issues, life transitions, trauma, substance use, and more.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LCSW license in the state of California (required).
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
