Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Wyoming

Location: Wright, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide direct therapeutic services, crisis intervention, care coordination, and community support to diverse client populations. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values innovation, accessibility, and integrity in the delivery of behavioral health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical documentation using EHR systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and external community resources
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care tailored to client needs
  • Provide case management, advocacy, and resource navigation when necessary
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Wyoming (or eligibility for Wyoming licensure)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Solid understanding of DSM-5, HIPAA, and ethical practices in mental health care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient with electronic health records and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
